Lest we forget that it's International Women's Day/National Women's Month, and the Consulate paid humble homage to the occasion by serving refreshments and setting up a special “Serbisyo para kay Juana” passport lane for its women clients, as well as promoting the global "Purple Friday" advocacy (including color coordinated outfits and refreshments). A most lovely sight throughout.
It's like jacaranda blooms indoors =)
