OV just wrapped up, and now the Consular team is straight off to another outreach mission, this time to...well, we're actually headed back to beautiful Tamworth. The Fil-com there is just so active and well-organized that we're guaranteed a good turnout and smooth operations every time we roll up so it's a no-brainer that they're a fixture in the outreach rotation. It's truly a well-oiled machine by this point, with everything served up so efficiently and consistently you can hardly tell one year's mission from another's.
except the dog that wee'd on the carpet last year was conspicuously missing
Actually, there were a few nice distinct flourishes this go-around, including surprise awards given to some Consulate team members who have been part of every edition of the Tamworth outreach since it began some five years ago...
...and a libreng bakuna carried out by a local health pro.
so, yeah, you'd better not show up, wee dog
Despite record numbers, the mission finished quickly and neatly, and there was even time for the organizers to show us what must be the most sought after wedding reception venue in the region, the gorgeous looking and awesome sounding Glasshouse at Goonoo Goonoo.
ganda ganda
Sa uulitin, Tamworth.
(yes, even you, wee dog)
